The hotel where I stayed also showed some signs of damage from the earthquake.
私（わたし）が泊（と）まったホテルにも、地震（じしん）の影響（えいきょう）を感（かん）じる部分（ぶぶん）がありました。
However, the hot spring water was very nice.
しかし、温泉（おんせん）のお湯（ゆ）はとてもよかったです。
When I took a bath, my body felt warm and relaxed.
温泉（おんせん）に入（はい）ると、体（からだ）が温（あたた）まり、リラックスできました。
It was a peaceful moment during the trip.
旅（たび）の中（なか）で、心（こころ）が落（お）ち着（つ）く時間（じかん）でした。
The sea in Noto was also very beautiful.
能登（のと）の海（うみ）も、とてもきれいでした。
Looking at the quiet ocean made me feel calm.
静（しず）かな海（うみ）を見（み）ていると、心（こころ）が落（お）ち着（つ）きました。
Dolphin Show at Notojima Aquarium
のとじま水族館（すいぞくかん）のイルカショー
At Notojima Aquarium, I watched a dolphin show.
のとじま水族館（すいぞくかん）では、イルカショーを見（み）ました。
The dolphins jumped and moved together with the trainers.
イルカはジャンプしたり、トレーナーと一緒（いっしょ）に動（うご）いたりしていました。
They were very cute and amazing.
とてもかわいくて、すばらしかったです。
I could also see the dolphins up close.
イルカを近（ちか）くで見（み）ることもできました。
Not only the show, but also the training time was interesting to watch.
ショーだけでなく、トレーニングの様子（ようす）を見（み）るのもおもしろかったです。
It was fun to see how the dolphins practiced with the trainers.
イルカがトレーナーと練習（れんしゅう）している様子（ようす）を見（み）るのは楽（たの）しかったです。
I think Notojima Aquarium is a good place to visit, especially if you like dolphins and the sea.

What I Felt in Noto
能登（のと）で感（かん）じたこと
Through this trip, I felt that visiting Noto can be one way to support the area.
今回（こんかい）の旅（たび）を通（とお）して、能登（のと）を訪（おとず）れることも応援（おうえん）の一（ひと）つになると感（かん）じました。
Eating local food, staying at a hotel, enjoying the hot spring, buying souvenirs, and visiting places like the aquarium can all help the local community.
地元（じもと）の食（た）べ物（もの）を食（た）べること、ホテルに泊（と）まること、温泉（おんせん）を楽（たの）しむこと、お土産（みやげ）を買（か）うこと、水族館（すいぞくかん）のような場所（ばしょ）を訪（おとず）れることは、地域（ちいき）の応援（おうえん）につながると思（おも）います。
Noto Peninsula is still recovering, but it has beautiful sea views, wonderful hot springs, and enjoyable places to visit.
能登半島（のとはんとう）は今（いま）も復興（ふっこう）の途中（とちゅう）ですが、美（うつく）しい海（うみ）、すばらしい温泉（おんせん）、楽（たの）しい観光地（かんこうち）があります。
I would like to visit Noto again someday.
いつかまた、能登（のと）を訪（おとず）れたいです。
